Apartment for up to 4 guests. We provide customers with a personalized experience, 3 rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, bed sheets and toiletries, a welcome basket, Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube and heating in all rooms. *Please note that, since we are in a cold weather area, there is no AC.

• The kitchen possesses dishes, silverware and all the cooking basics. There’s a toaster, electric kettle, gas range, fridge, dining table and cleaning supplies.
• As part of the service, we include tea bags, “mate cocido”, coffee, milk powder and sweetener so that our guests can make their breakfast in the comfort of the apartment. It is our wish that the guests spend a cozy stay at our property.
• The unit has a full bathroom (bathtub, shower with tray, toilet, bidet and sink) with some toiletries included (soap, shampoo, conditioner), toilet paper, first aid kit and towels.
• Each apartment has fire extinguishers and there are security cameras outside the property for your safety.
• The whole unit is on the first floor (UK: ground floor).
